Sunday school will look a little different this Summer at FBC! We are excited to announce that elementary-aged children can spend time with other FBC families and their friends through our Family Sunday School Class!

For the Summer, parents and their elementary-age children are invited to attend a class together at 10:30 a.m. during the Education Hour. This class will run from June 2nd to August 25th in the Fellowship Hall. (For younger siblings, preschool and nursery classes will still be at 10:30 a.m.)

The lessons in this class will align with the FBC summer sermon series on the 10 Commandments, providing a unique opportunity for families to delve deeper into these important teachings. This will not only enhance your understanding of the sermons but also help your children apply these principles to real-life situations. Each week, families will engage in a shared learning experience, discussing guided questions that encourage personal reflection and family dialogue.

The curriculum, "The Righteous Shall Live By Faith," will take us through the history of the Exodus and the birth of the nation Israel, the Ten Commandments, and our darkened hearts. As we study the meaning of each commandment, we will be confronted with our utter inability to keep God's law. And we will see the glorious gift of grace, God's kindness to undeserving sinners.
