“God be gracious to us and bless us,
And cause Your face to shine upon us—
That Your way may be known on the earth,
Your salvation among all nations.
Let the peoples praise You, O God;
Let all the people praise You.
Let the nations be glad and sing for joy;
For You will judge the peoples with uprightness
And guide the nations on the earth.
Let the peoples praise You,
The earth has yielded its produce;
God, our God, blesses us.
God blesses us,
That all the ends of the earth may fear Him.
Psalm 67

In his Christian classic work, Let the Nations Be Glad, John Piper states, “Missions exists because worship does not.”

The heart of God is for the rescue of the lost, helpless and hopeless peoples of the World. His strategy is that His growing Church would “go” to those peoples with the good news of the “Gospel” and let them know that there truly IS a great God and Creator who longs for them to worship Him and revel in the joy of a personal and intimate relationship of fellowship with Him.

Join the entire Family of Faith this Sunday morning for a special day of Thanksgiving celebration, as we rejoice together in the numerous stories of His blessing us as our own family members have gone out as messengers of that glorious message. You will want to be in your place at 9:00am to enjoy the dramatized message of God’s Word through Pastor Dale Phillips.

We will begin with worship together then we will divide up to go hear the stories, coming back together for a special time of worship and celebration. This one is for the WHOLE family! Let your children grades 3 and upward begin already looking forward to this special morning of Bodylife. For those younger, we have some unbelievably great and special guests prepared to encourage their hearts. A “shepherd” right out of the 23rd Psalm will begin their day. And their morning will conclude with a “field trip” into the studio of a real “potter” who will show them how God works in our lives to make us into what He has designed us to be. They will also be challenged to see the World as a mission field of souls, share several times of music and fellowship around age-appropriate snacks! (As I type this I am finding myself thinking I want to be a kid again! )

Come Sunday excited to share in joy of the Harvest of Souls!
“Let ALL the peoples praise You, O God!”

“Missions exists because worship does not.”

See you Sunday, Church!
