Men's Ministry
As the Men Go, So Goes The Church...
We are committed to building up, equipping and encouraging men of all ages and walks of life to live Godly lives and to be all that God calls a man to be.
It is God who defines what it means to be a man and the Bible describes men often in terms of relationships, and it is in relationship to our Creator that we find our foundation and meaning to all other relationships as husbands, fathers, sons, slave (workers), masters (bosses), citizens, and neighbors.
Most of our "men's ministry" takes place through a non-systematized network of men getting together all over the city each week–in coffee shops, restaurants, places of business, at the church and in living rooms developing these relationships. Though this network is largely unseen and very fluid week in and week out, this is a powerful part of our church's spiritual DNA–men helping each other live life for Christ.
It is our desire to help present all men "mature in Christ" in accordance with Colossians 1:28 through the encouragement of discipling relationships of men mentoring other men. You are encouraged on your own to develop these relationships or to take advantage of those groups we are helping establish. Every man who
wants to grow has ample opportunities to facilitate that growth at Faith Bible Church.
