Youth Group September-April
Wednesdays, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

From Acts 2:42, we see the early Church devoted to the apostle's teaching, fellowship, the breaking of bread, and prayer. Our high school and middle school ministries seek to focus on the same things.

Teaching the Word is our main priority. Our goal is to lay a biblical foundation in the students' lives to equip them to face the things God calls them to throughout life with a biblical worldview. We have found that the more equipped students are in the Word, the more confident they are in their faith, and it creates a deeper understanding and love for Christ. The bulk of our time in Sunday school and youth group meetings is spent studying the Word.

Fellowship follows as our second priority because we recognize the impact of peers on our spiritual lives. We seek to create environments in all our meetings to give opportunities for this--whether through small groups or unstructured times for students to interact.
We also want to see our students be comfortable learning to seek the Lord in prayer. We have opportunities for this in Sunday school and our small group meetings.

Finally, the early Church broke bread together to fellowship and care for one another's needs. Throughout the school year, we set the last week of the month aside for a meal together, and we encourage the students to care for one another's needs in our small group times.
