What is BILD?
BILD is a series of courses designed & published by the Biblical Institute of Leadership Development. Each course is designed to give a competent study of the subject by:

• Study of the Scripture texts relevant to the subject studied
• Reading materials pertinent to each issue studied from a “Theological Reader” section of each course
• Socratic discussion where interaction and discussion are accomplished in a discussion group format

Who can be part of the BILD Studies?
Anyone who wants to give serious study to the Scriptures and inquiry into the pertinent issues facing the church along with the formulation of conclusions & personal application.

Men & women of all ages are welcome to participate, including high school & college students.

What are the commitments?
There are three levels of commitment you may choose from. Participants in all levels meet together and use the same BILD curriculum.

1. Auditing the Course
   This is for those who want to benefit by the study and discussions without further commitment. Expectations would be the study of the Scriptures, reading the theological materials and taking part in the discussions.
   
   
2. Leadership Development Program             
   Those wanting to be part of the leadership development program will be expected to do the readings and discussions of the courses along with the accomplishment of projects to train them to grow in ministry skills, character and academics.
   
   
3. Antioch School                                         
   Antioch is a degree program where a bachelors or masters degree may be obtained. The BILD courses are a major part of the curriculum and additional projects must be accomplished.
