I serve as a deacon at FBC because I have a passion for children hearing the Gospel of Jesus Christ at a young age. To accomplish this, I strive to create a Sunday School environment conducive to age-appropriate learning by allowing members of the body to unleash their spiritual gifts.

What ministries you are involved in at Faith Bible? I serve as a Deacon of Site Development. We also participate in a Flock Group and sing in the Choir.
Why do you serve as an Deacon at our church: Serving as deacon has allowed me to play an active role in the work and mission of our church as it relates to our building and grounds. My passion is to see the church grow, "reaching as many as are called" and to provide the facilities to support that growth both present and future.

When you received Christ: I accepted Christ at age 5 through the witness of my older sister. At the time we lived at Maranatha Bible Camp and that environment helped provide the basis for my early Christian growth. This was solidified through attending Nebraska Christian High School and then Western Bible College, both of which gave me the opportunities I needed to anchor my faith.
What ministries you are involved in at Faith Bible? The ministries I am currently involved in at Faith Bible Church are mainly related to the Missions Council. I serve a as a deacon for missions and represent the Missions Council on the Ministry Council. I am also a co-leader of a Flock.
Why do you serve as an Deacon at our church: I serve as a Deacon because I feel called to be an active participant in the work of the local church. The role of deacon allows me to serve in an area consistent with my interests and gifts.
